Event Rules

Participants must wear their race number visibly.

No littering on the route.

No pets on the course.

Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult on the 5km Walk.

Participants must obey event officials and route marshals.

Headphones are discouraged for safety reasons.

The organisers reserve the right to alter the route should weather or environmental conditions require it.

Participants are encouraged to:

Protect local flora and fauna.

Photography

Photographs and video footage will be taken throughout the event.

By entering, participants consent to the use of images for future promotional and fundraising purposes.

Cancellation Policy

Should the event be cancelled because of extreme weather, natural disasters or circumstances beyond the organisers’ control, entries may not be refundable.
