RACE INFORMATION AND ORGANISATION

  1. ENTRIES via TOPEVENTS website topevents.co.za on or before Wednesday, 05 December 2025 at 24h00. info@topevents.co.za.
  2. No Raceday Entries available.
  3. Race card collections at the venue Tuesday 09, December 2025 from 09:00 till 20:00.
  4. Race card collections at the venue on raceday (Wednesday 10, December 2025) from 14:00 till 17:00.
  5. Valid 2025 license numbers MUST be worn on the front and back of the vest for LICENSED RUNNERS.
  6. A TEMPORARY LICENSE must be won on the front of the vest for UNLICENSED RUNNERS.
  7. Age category tags must be clearly visible on the front of vest to eligible for category prizes. NO VISIBLE AGE CATEGORY TAG, NO PRIZE!
  8. NB: Juniors MUST also display a (J) on the front of the running vest to be eligible for Junior category prizes.
  9. Please note we will not have a separate price for walkers.
  10. Tog bag facility will be available, but we urge all participants to leave all bags in cars.
  11. Security for the duration of the event.
  1. This event is run in accordance with the rules of ASA & Boland Athletics.
  2. Runners must obey traffic officers, race marshals and race officials.
  3. Nobody under the age of 15 years may participate in the 10 km race.
  4. No personal seconding permitted.
  5. Cut-off time 20:00.
  6. Age category tags & 2025 license numbers must be worn on the front and back of the vest.
